Grams-Chart

Today, I’m going to share with you a famous and spicy ingredients recipe and easy to prepare at home with a short time. This recipe is famous in South Asian countries and people like to eat this recipe according to their taste some people like to eat this recipe with spicy ingredients and some people according to taste like to eat this recipe with yogurt combination. This recipe is popular as Chana Chart.
First of all take these ingredients:
  • Half kg boiled grams
  • Half kg yogurt
  • Potatoes
  • Red chilies
  • Green chili
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Mint
  • Tamarin


In first step make the paste of yogurt, boil grams, and cut all the ingredients in small pieces. Then take a serving bowl pour all the grams into it and then add the yogurt mixture into it and then cut potatoes into fine cubes and add into it. Now spread tamarind, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and mint leaves on top. Lastly red chilies, after that grind them all together and sprinkle it on the dish.
